**Return & Refund Policy**

Because each product is made to order, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

**Eligible Returns:**  
You may request a return if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, contact us at info@dinertad.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions. In most cases, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

**Non-Eligible Returns:**  
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size or color selection (please review the size chart before purchasing)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Items returned without prior approval

**Return Shipping:**  
In most cases, we cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. For all other situations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

**Refund Processing Time:**  
Once a return is approved and received (if applicable), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.

**Digital Products (if applicable):**  
All digital sales are final and non-refundable.
